Project Description
LT Scaffold collaborated with Cardiff based LCB construction to renovate the external of the clock tower, part of Penarth Library which belong to The Vale Of Glamorgan Council.
To cause as little disruption as possible to the public, members of the library and employees LT Scaffold had a deadline of two days, a deadline in which we successfully delivered the scaffold solutions in order for the construction company to start their major works.
