Project Description
The project comprises the development of a former school site which will require a mixture of new build and refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed building with construction works which will deliver 54 units in total.
In October 2017 LT Scaffold constructed a large designed temporary roof structure to provide protection from the elements to a Grade 2 listed building on site. The sites position in Bath and the geographical features of the area meant that planning logistics became a key feature of the operation. Tight programme restrictions created the need for imaginative scaffold solutions, such as a truss out scaffold along the full front elevation of one of the residential blocks to allow services to be installed whilst construction work continued.
